hi please help. Nothing happens when WiFi is pressed.I registered and updated on my PC and now it says (The WiFi mac is not matched with DS708, the diagnostics is not available}

are pressing on the wifi at top of the screen or wifi in the setup screen ? Also have you tried a hard connection with a Ethernet cable?

Hi, I had the same problem. It turns out that some modems are not compatible with the device, there is nothing wrong with the device you can check this by tethering the device to your mobile phone etc, by doing this, I was able to use the ds708 using wifi. This confirmed that there wasn't anything wrong with the wifi on the DS708.
